Water Jet Acadiaa Division of Nautilus Marine Fabrication, Inc. CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Abrasive Water Jet Cutting is the most versatile cutting system available. By using 60,000 PSI of water mixed with garnet abrasive through a tiny (0.040") diameter nozzle, the CNC Water Jet can cut almost any material. This CNC Water Jet Cutting capability allows us to service many industries such as industrial and residential construction, manufacturing, marine, and even the art world. Difficult and complex 2-dimensional shapes are not a problem for CNC Abrasive Water Jet cutting. Practically anything that can be drawn can be cut on the CNC Water Jet. The most efficient way for us to Water Jet cut our customers' projects is for them to send us via e-mail or portable storage device a CAD drawing of the parts that need to be CNC Abrasive Water Jet cut in a DWG or DWX format. If a customer has only a wood pattern or drawing on a napkin, we can scan or convert that into a format that we can use on the Water Jet as well.
